PAL LUBE HQ extreme‐pressure lubricant is used to reduce torque and drag. It is a general‐purpose lubricant that reduces the possibility of wall sticking, and has application in highly deviated wellbores, where a tough lubricating film is needed between the wallcake and drillstring. PAL LUBE HQ additive has a wide area of application, and can be used in all water‐base fluids at any density required.

PAL LUBE HQ lubricant is a completely dispersible extreme‐pressure lubricant that  has  several applications and  can  be  used  in  all  water‐base fluids  at  all densities.

PAL LUBE HQ lubricants are designed to impart lubrication to the bearing surfaces subjected to extreme pressure conditions, such as the wall of the hole and the drill string or the journals of the bit. PAL LUBE HQ lubricant will provide relief to torque and drag experienced in highly deviated, horizontal, and extended‐reach borehole configurations. PAL  LUBE  HQ  lubricant has  temperature stability to

400°F (204°C). It will not affect rheological properties, and may lower fluid loss.

Packing and storage:

PAL  LUBE  HQ  lubricant is  packaged in  5‐gal (18.9‐L) cans  and  55‐gal (208‐L) drums. Store in a dry location away from sources of heat or ignition.
