Ferrochrome lignosulfonate (FCLS)

FCLS is a specially prepared thinner and fluid loss control agent used in drilling fluids. It has the characteristics of anti-high temperature and anti-salt etc. The products have been already reached SY/T5702-95 quality standard.

A,Characteristics
1,It is suitable to all kinds of mud, due to the excellent thinning property and filtration control capacity and powerful anti-electrolytes capacity 
2,Be effective at temperature more than 150~160°C,it can also be used above 200°C when cooperated with lignite derivatives and other temperature-resisting chemicals.
3,FCLS is a good emulsifier for oil in water mud.
B,Application 
FCLS may be added into drilling fluids in the form of aqueous solution or powder. When you change PH index into 9.5~10.5, the quantity of thinner is 0.5~1.0 %. The quantity of thinner is 2.0~5.0% when it used as the controlling of fluid loss.
C,Package
The net weight of each bag is 25kg. With PE film bag inside and paper-plastic complex valve bag outside.
D,Attentions
1. Hazardless
The chemical property of this product is stable and will not change in the normal temperature and ordinary pressure. This product is in weak acid, avoid from the breakage of package and wearing full protective clothing to protect from contact with skin when carrying  
2. Storage 
Avoid from water and wet. Keep away from heat. Put in the place of dry and ventilate
E,Precaution 
It will not self-ignition,you can put out with water or foam fire-extinguisher when it was ignited.
F,First aid 
If contact with eye and skin, wash eyes with lots of water and wash skin thoroughly with water
