Xanthan gum is salt/acid resistant thickener, excellent proficient suspension agent and emulsifier, high viscosity filing agent in all types of foods and juice. It can not only strengthen  performance of water-keeping and shape-keeping, but also increase  freeze/thaw stability and mouth-feeling of the foods. At the same time, it can expand  shelving life span of the products.

XanPolymer food grade xanthan gum can be widely used as food ingredient, it help keep the oil and water mixed together without separating,  improves the degree to which the dressings cling to the salad ingredients rather than just rolling off them like water and dropping to the bottom of the dish.

When added to beverages, xanthan gum changes the mouth feel of the product.  The beverage become thicker, a lot more juice-like consistency and is no longer watery.
